What To Expect

Admission

Admission by a Hospice Registered Nurse will take place within 48 hours of orders.

Supplies

Medical supplies will be ordered.

Nursing

RN will work with your physician to establish a plan of care that may include, a combination of care givers, skilled nurses & bereavement counselors.

Physician

Your physician will collaborate with the hospice medical director for smooth transition to Palliative Care.

24 Hours

A care team member on call 24 hours a day.
